Extended Care
Valley Christian School offers an Extended Care program to help provide care for children who need to be dropped off before school (Before Care 7-7:45am) or cannot be picked up at regular dismissal (After Care until 6pm).
Extended Care operates on all days that school is in session, with the exception of the following days:
First day of school, September 4, 2024 (before care is not available)
November 22, 2024 (after care is not available)
December 20, 2024 (after care is not available)
April 17, 2025 (after care is not available)
May 23, 2025 (after care is not available)
Last day of school June 5, 2025 (before and after care is not available)
Extended care cost is $10 per hour, and is billed in 15 minute increments. If you wish to have your child attend Extended Care on a regular basis, you may want to consider one of our money saving flat rate plans:
After care flat rate is $160 per student and is billed at the beginning of the month from September through June.
Before/after care flat rate is $180 per student and is also billed at the beginning of the month from September through June.
Extended Care contracts for the 2024-2025 school year are available in the Family Portal and must be turned in by August 31, 2024. Additionally, the extended care handbook signature page (available on the Family Portal) must also be submitted by August 31, 2024.
